The rooms were nicely furnished as for me, with all amenities. The location was secure, for example, Shifteye Gallery was at a medium distance from the hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely slow.

The communication between the front desk and the kitchen. I paid for breakfast on arrival and this information was not transmitted to the kitchen so each morning I get asked to pay. Second, I paid for my lunch the meals were billed to my room again.
